Refund policy
We sell two kinds of products on this site:
- Hands-on services (e.g., Greenlight Core, Greenlight + Alerts, Outcome Plan, Keep-It-Green).
- Instant digital downloads in the Pantry Shop (e.g., Failed-Payment Message Pack, Cancel-Save Message Pack, Ops Kit).
Different rules apply to each so you know exactly what to expect.
Digital Downloads (Pantry Shop)
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital downloads because files are delivered instantly and can be copied.
- Defective/corrupted files: If a file is corrupted or won’t open, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace the file at no charge.
- Duplicate purchase or double charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same item (same SKU, same orderer), we’ll reverse the duplicate charge.
- License & support: Pantry Shop items are for a single brand and include delivery-only support (as described in our Shop notes).
- Upgrade credit (optional): If you buy a qualifying Shop pack and then book Greenlight Core within 14 days, we’ll apply a $79 credit toward that Core engagement (one credit per Core booking). This is a credit, not a refund.
Services
Greenlight Core (24h) and Greenlight + Alerts (48h)
- Before kickoff: If you cancel before we begin work (no access granted, no deliverables started), we’ll refund the service fee to your original payment method minus payment processor fees.
- After kickoff: Once we begin work (e.g., access requested/received, data checks started, or deliverables in progress), the service is non-refundable due to the speed and custom nature of delivery.
- Scheduling changes: If you need to reschedule your start date, email us at least 1 business day before kickoff—no fee to reschedule.
Outcome Plan (pay-from-results)
- Setup fee: The $1,500 setup becomes non-refundable once work begins.
- Performance fee: The 10% performance fee (capped as stated on our site) is billed on measured recovered revenue per the agreed scope; because it’s tied to delivered outcomes, it is not refundable once invoiced. If you believe a measurement is wrong, notify us within 7 days and we’ll review the calculation.
Keep-It-Green (Monthly Care)
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds: We don’t provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
How to Ask for Help
If you have an issue with a file or a service, email hello@reportpantry.com with your order number, a brief description, and (for files) screenshots/error messages. We aim to respond within one business day.
Chargebacks
We’re here to help and will quickly replace corrupted files or fix billing mistakes. If a chargeback is filed while an issue is being resolved, we may suspend access to products/services pending the outcome.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect new products or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
